We do not provide storage services, only shipping. All items must be ready for collection and delivery within the time frames of your booked shipment.

If you require storage, you will need to arrange this separately with a storage provider. Once you have done so, we can collect from or deliver to most storage facilities.

Important Information for Storage Collections and Deliveries

• Couriers can only access the main reception or loading area of a storage facility. They will not go inside individual storage units or lockers.

• You must ensure that the storage facility is aware of the courier’s arrival and that staff are available to release or accept the shipment.

• Items must be fully packaged and labelled before the courier arrives. Couriers cannot package or prepare items on-site.

• Please check the opening hours of the storage facility to make sure your chosen collection or delivery date is suitable.
