Do you provide boxes?

We do not provide boxes or a packaging service. It is your responsibility to ensure all items are securely packaged before collection. If you are not at the collection address, please make sure the person sending the shipment has packaged it properly.

You may use your own packaging, provided it is strong enough to protect your items during transit. We recommend using double-walled cardboard boxes and bubble wrap for most shipments.

If your items are not packaged suitably, the courier may refuse collection.

Unsuitable Packaging

The following materials are not accepted as appropriate packaging:

Plastic boxes or storage containers
Bin bags, laundry bags, or similar soft materials
Suitcases, duffel bags, or any type of personal luggage

Even if a courier collects an item with unsuitable packaging, this does not mean it is considered acceptable. You are always responsible for ensuring your items are safely packaged and protected from potential damage during transit.
