90% of labels will be available immediately after booking in your My Orders.

Some services can take longer to get the labels back from the courier however these will be sent you as soon as we are able to.

You will get an email when your labels are available to print. Do not hand your parcel to the driver without labels.

If you are shipping outside of the EU then your labels will be made available after you complete your customs forms on your account.
