Collections
Updated 1 week ago
The driver will arrive and collect your items from the front door of your building or your reception.
If your building has a dedicated post room or goods in/out area where items are regularly collected from, they will usually be collected there.
If you are scheduling a collection from a reception area or a place where multiple packages are left out, please ensure that there is someone present at the time of collection to ensure that the correct parcel(s) are handed over.
You can also choose to drop off your item at a local depot if this suits better, simply book and contact us so we can advise of the nearest depot (please note that some depots are not open to the public due to Covid-19.)
If you are staying in a flat or apartment the driver will come to the ground floor front door of the building. It is never guaranteed that a driver will come up to your flat to remove items from your flat/apartment for health and safety reasons. If you are having a large collection, it is recommended items are brought downstairs for collection as drivers only have limited time per collection/delivery.
We cannot guarantee exceptions to the above restrictions for flats or apartments as this is down to the driver's discretion for their own health and safety.
