Customs
Updated 4 days ago
If you’re sending parcels within Ireland or to another EU country, there are no customs charges to worry about.
For shipments going outside the EU, customs charges may apply. After placing your booking, you’ll be asked to complete a Commercial Invoice to help with customs processing. This can be completed from your My Orders area after paying for your order.
These charges are set by the destination country’s customs authority and are usually paid by the recipient. Couriers often contact the recipient directly for payment, so please let them know in advance to avoid any surprises.
Unfortunately, we can’t predict or influence these fees, as they vary by country and item type. If the recipient refuses to pay, the shipment will be returned to the sender, and refunds cannot be issued in such cases.
For specific advice about potential duties or taxes, we recommend contacting the local customs authority in the destination country.
