If any items you ship with us are declared as the wrong weight/dimensions, you may receive correspondence from us advising of an oversized charge.

The couriers will weigh and measure each shipment that they receive using highly accurate machines, and if there are any discrepancies in the size where an item has been under-sized, they will contact our accounts team to alert us. Our team would then email you to advise of this and the charge incurred.

We will provide a link in the invoice where you can then pay the additional charge.

If you wish to dispute the charge, please email the accounts team with a proof of the weight/size, for example, if you could take a photo of your case with a ruler/tape measure indicating the dimensions this may suffice. Our team can then liaise with the couriers to determine if they can overturn the charge.
